Every session is designed to give all family members equal space to be heard. We do not take sides.
Purely Educational
Our sessions teach communication skills and document habits. We never give legal, financial, or personal advice.

Questions Families Often Ask
What exactly does Kinvale do?
Kinvale offers educational workshops and practical planning sessions. We teach communication skills, help families organise their everyday paperwork, and create space for calm, structured conversations. We do not provide legal, financial, counselling, or therapeutic services.
Can Kinvale give us legal or financial advice about our family situation?
No. Kinvale is an educational provider only. For legal, financial, or personal decisions, we always encourage families to speak with a qualified solicitor, financial planner, or other relevant professional. We are happy to point you in the right direction if you are unsure where to start.
How long does a typical session take?
The Family Communication Workshop runs for approximately 3–4 hours. The Document Organisation session is typically a half-day. The Ongoing Programme is spread across multiple sessions over several weeks, depending on each family's pace and needs.
Do all family members need to attend?
We recommend that the key people involved in family decisions attend together where possible, as sessions work best when everyone has the same information and space to speak. That said, we understand this is not always practical and can discuss arrangements that suit your family.
Where do sessions take place?
Sessions are held at our space in Jalan Kia Peng, Kuala Lumpur. We can also discuss options for families who are not based in KL or who prefer a more private setting. Please contact us to talk through what works best.
Is what we share in a session kept confidential?
Yes. Information shared during sessions is treated with full discretion. Kinvale does not share participant details with third parties. For full details on how we handle personal information, please read our Privacy Policy.
How much do sessions cost, and what is included?
The Family Communication Workshop is RM 500 per family group. The Document Organisation session is RM 1,900. The Ongoing Programme is RM 4,300. All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit and include written materials. Please contact us if you have questions about what is covered.
